New project cargo operation to the Caribbean Sea
The facilities of Intersagunto Terminals, with a strategic location and value, have hosted a new project cargo operation. The goods, specifically two nautical vessels, "Deep Blue" and "Tender Blue Moon", have been loaded to the port of Saint John, in Antigua and Barbuda, located in the Caribbean Sea Antilles. One of the yachts has been loaded from land, while the second one was loaded from the sea, on board the vessel "Fagelgracht". Built in 2011, and under the Netherlands flag, she has a length of 137 metres, a beam of 19 metres and a GT of 8620.
Once again the team of Intersagunto Terminales has demonstrated the best technical coordination and the maximum professionalism for the loading of the material. Knowledge, competence, experience and continuous professional development are the keys to efficiency in project cargo logistics.
Project cargo, essential for the most relevant industries
In maritime transport, project cargo is especially relevant as some goods, due to their size, weight and complexity, require specialised logistics. Industrial equipment, such as turbines, heavy machinery, infrastructure components, pleasure boats... are some examples of project cargo. Each cargo project requires a unique approach and planning, adapted to the specific characteristics and transport conditions.
