The event, which was held at Feria Valencia, is aimed at environmental operators, manufacturers, consultants, public administrations, managers and professionals from different fields, including logistics.

Intersagunto Terminals, which has participated in the stand led by the Port Authority of Valencia (APV), has shown all its initiatives in environmental matters undertaken by the terminal in recent years. Among them, the adhesion to the Carbon Footprint programme of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, the installation of solar panels in the offices or the promotion of efficient lighting. In fact, the traditional halogen lamps have been replaced by LED streetlights.

The modern terminal is also ISO 14001 certified, a standard that helps organisations to minimise their negative impact on the environment and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and other environmental requirements.
