The automated system of control of access of containers of Intersagunto Terminales, S.A. has been concluded this Wednesday. This access consists of two entry and two exit lanes, the central ones being reversible and the exteriors unattended thanks to the installed character recognition system (OCR).
This system processes
the registration of the truck, registration of container and ADR
identifications if they are, checking this information, with notifications of
entry or exit pending in the community portal valenciaportpcs.net. It is enough
that the carrier enters by means of bar code or locator the orders that they want to use and the control of access is realized without necessity of any
operator in checkpoints.
Another value to emphasize is the reliability of the system, as far as the elimination of the error by human factor in the management of doors.
